What Would You Do With a $1,000 Opportunity?
About Rolex: Rolex SA, founded in 1905 by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis, is an $8 billion dollar a year Swiss luxury watch manufacturer based in Geneva, Switzerland. Rolex is now privately owned by the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation.
Here at Bob's Watches, we respect the young entrepreneur's vision because we too, were once a small start-up. Show us your online start-up business plan for a chance to receive our Bob's Watches Scholarship.
For the chance of receiving the $1,000 scholarship, please respond with a careful and thought out business plan. We expect one to two paragraphs on each of the four following points:
Tell us why your business/product/service differs from potential competitors.
Identify your competitors, where your place in the market is, and where you are trying to enter. Consider a full analysis of the market you are entering.
Identify your audience and explain the marketing techniques you would use to appeal them. Who is your target audience? What are their demographics?
Explain how you would disburse your $1,000 budget to each of these business fields.
Please do not hesitate to include any additional media to supplement your proposal.
Remember: Be as creative as possible!
Upon receiving your business plan, Bob's Watches will carefully review each business proposal with a team of Venture Capitalists. The team will consider each proposal while providing their opinions and remarks towards each business plan. Bob's will then select a winner, awarding him/her the $1,000 Scholarship!
We believe that start-ups have potential to improve our everyday lives from the way we think, to the way we interact. Tech giant companies like Google, Apple, and Facebook were once start-up companies run out of their garage. They have since innovated beyond imagination and Bob’s Watches wants to turn your brilliant idea into a reality too.
